He began competing nationally at age 10 and played on the #1 ranked 12U team in the country, earning recognition as one of the top young talents in the game. By age 14, London was already being recruited by Division I programs, ultimately beginning his college career at the University of Portland before continuing at Contra Costa College and finishing at Southwestern College.

Throughout his career, London played at a high level against top national competition, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his coaching. As the founder of Lights Out Baseball Training and a director at Full Count Baseball Academy, he specializes in developing hitters and infielders, focusing on mechanics, consistency, and the mental side of the game.

London is passionate about building confident, skilled players who not only succeed on the field but also carry those lessons into life. His ability to connect with athletes and push them toward their full potential has made him a trusted coach for players aspiring to play at the varsity, collegiate, and professional levels.

Adrian Chaidez
Pitching/Catching Instructor
Adrian Chaidez is a professional right-handed pitcher in the Houston Astros organization, recognized as one of the team’s top young arms and ranked the #23 prospect in the system. Drafted in 2021, he has earned honors including MiLB Player of the Month and two-time MiLB Player of the Week, showcasing his consistency, leadership, and relentless work ethic on the mound.
Adrian’s path to professional baseball is a story of perseverance and belief. Coming out of high school with zero college offers, he refused to let that define him. Through countless hours of training and unwavering determination, he earned his way to Cypress College, where he began his career as a catcher before making the bold transition to pitching full-time—a decision that transformed his future. His breakout season at Cypress led to over 40 Division I offers, ultimately landing him at UCLA, where he became a PAC-12 All-Conference pitcher and ranked first or second in nearly every major pitching category, finishing with a 2.75 career ERA.
Today, Adrian is passionate about giving back to the game that shaped him. Through private and group pitching lessons, he mentors and inspires young athletes to chase their goals with the same focus and determination that fueled his own journey—from having no offers to becoming a professional pitcher. His mission is simple: to help players unlock their full potential, both on and off the field!
